The Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Benchmarks (GDEIB) are the gold standard for organisations that are serious about benefiting from DEI efforts. Rather than “check box” quick fixes, it supports real change by addressing organisations holistically, looking at systems, structures and people. This workshop will highlight some of the tool’s 275 proven best practices for standards of performance to help you transform your commitment to DEI into a measurable, sustainable reality.

Guest faculty

Why participate
Making a clear business case for DEI that all stakeholders contribute and buy into, the GDEIB: Standards for Organizations Around the World is not only a state-of-the-art organisational DEI mapping and assessment tool, but also serves as a comprehensive framework designed to help you define, direct and refine your DEI efforts over time.

It is used by groups as varied as Heineken (The Netherlands), IESEG School of Management (France), Zurich Insurance (Switzerland), Ernst & Young (Japan), NorQuest College (Canada), American Institutes for Research (USA) and NHS Employers (UK).
