Why participate
Making a clear business case for DEI that all stakeholders contribute and buy into, the GDEIB: Standards for Organizations Around the World is not only a state-of-the-art organisational DEI mapping and assessment tool, but also serves as a comprehensive framework designed to help you define, direct and refine your DEI efforts over time.
It is used by groups as varied as Heineken (The Netherlands), IESEG School of Management (France), Zurich Insurance (Switzerland), Ernst & Young (Japan), NorQuest College (Canada), American Institutes for Research (USA) and NHS Employers (UK).
Join this workshop to better understand how your organisation, department or unit — or those of your clients if you are a consultant — can successfully customise and use this freely available, expert-informed instrument (over 110 expert panelists from around the world have input into it).
This course is led by Nene Molefi, one of the GDEIB’s three co-authors, who will provide you with a thorough introduction to the tool, share case studies of how corporations and institutions in different global regions and sectors have successfully used it, and facilitate hands-on activities in which you begin assessing your own organisation’s efforts.
