Would you like to take your Dutch speaking skills to a higher level? This course offered by the University of Groningen Language Centre can help you with that! In this course, you will practise various conversational situations, such as expressing your opinion, reasoning, debating, discussing, interviewing, and giving short presentations. In this way, you will learn to speak Dutch more confidently in a variety of situations.
The course is entirely online and lasts six weeks. The course largely consists of doing assignments independently, so you can study when and where you prefer. Who is this course for?
This course is intended for advanced speakers of Dutch at around B2 CEFR level. The course is also open to anyone with a higher level.
Reimbursements This course can not be reimbursed by DUO, the plus course can be reimbursed by DUO.
How is the course structured?
Self-study This six-week course consists largely of self-study, for a total of 12 hours. This includes, for example, preparing speaking assignments and creating a personal vocabulary list. You can also do your weekly assignments with a fellow course participant. During the course, you will receive regular individual feedback on your speaking assignments.
Interactive online sessions During the course, you will have three interactive online sessions with a teacher and some fellow course participants. The times of the sessions will be decided by mutual agreement, so that it is convenient for everyone to participate.
